About the Authors of RFP Questionnaires for Financial Services, 5th Edition

Kenneth L. Parkinson consults on treasury management projects, including RFP projects, bank compensation, and treasury operations. He speaks frequently at major industry conferences and seminars and leads executive education workshops. A recognized authority on corporate treasury practice, he is often quoted in trade magazines.

Ken is the author of several treasury management texts. He was a visiting and adjunct associate professor at Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University for 20 years. Previously, Ken managed treasury and banking activities worldwide at RCA Corporation. He holds a B.S. from Penn State and an M.B.A. from Wharton Graduate School and is a permanently certified cash manager (CCM). Ray Ruzek is a treasury management consultant specializing in education and training programs as well as financial product reviews. Ray is widely recognized for his role in building the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) into a prominent organization. He also has developed many of the premier educational programs in the profession. He co-authored, with Kenneth Parkinson, the previous four editions of RFP Questionnaires and the course Strategic Cash Management for the AICPA.

Ray was Director of Finance at Emery Worldwide. His early financial training was at Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Fordham University and holds CPA Certificates in New York and Connecticut. He is a permanently certified cash manager (CCM).

Joyce R. Ochs consults on treasury management projects, including RFP projects, bank compensation, and treasury operations. Her consulting experience ranges from corporate treasury management to the areas of health care and government planning. In the public sector, Ms. Ochs has more than ten years of experience developing and implementing a variety of new programs, as well as consulting on program development and funding with governmental and not-for-profit organizations.

Joyce currently serves as publisher for TIS Books and has served in an editorial capacity for several trade publications and treasury management books. She holds an A.B. degree from Douglass College of Rutgers University, an M.S. degree from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and an M.B.A. degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
